Valéria has over 12 years experience in food processing. She has gained this expertise in the implementation, maintenance, training and auditing of food safety and quality standards. She has worked in quality assurance, quality control, and consultancy roles in the food processing industry.
During her career, she spent more than 7 years at DNV GL Certification Body as a lead auditor, and over 6 years as instructor. The audits and trainings followed the standards GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.
Valéria is a Food Engineer with specializations in Hygiene and Food Processing as well as in Production Engineering. She has also worked as teacher (GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 standards), and as a reviewer of scientific articles.
