Tracy Fink is the Managing Director for Lucrima, LLC in the United States. With her 20 years of experience in both industry and academia in the agriculture and food manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Tracy has led successful project teams in the areas of Logistics, IT, Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain. Tracy is a Lead Instructor for the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) for Human Food, Animal Food, and Foreign Supplier Verification Program.
In prior roles, Tracy has worked for The Schwan Food Company, as well as The Acheson Group, LLC (TAG), and Neumann Risk Services, LLC (NRS), and serves as a Consultant for Security Exchange in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Tracy has extensive experience leading complex food manufacturing and supply chain related projects such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) with InfinityQS, OEE with Redzone, Warehouse Management Systems, Logistics Data Warehouse, Live Dashboards and Metrics, KPI Reporting, Total Productive Maintenance, New Product Validation and Test Runs/Formulation Changes, Visual Factory, electronic Certificates of Analysis (COA’s), Brokerage Distribution, Vision System Technology, Warehouse Consolidation and Network Optimization and Consolidation Projects.
Additionally, Tracy serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Professional Development in Agriculture. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Animal and Plant Systems with a Dairy Science Emphasis, a Master of Science degree from South Dakota State University in Human Resource Development with an Emphasis on Administration, as well as a Certificate in Logistics Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
