Tatiana is a food technologist with Master’s degree in the management of food business. She has over 20 years of experience in food and agriculture industries. Her knowledge and experience include areas of: food safety (including allergen management and implementation of standards), quality management (including risk assessments, crisis and recall assistance) operations (including improving animal welfare and optimization of manufacturing processes, food manufacturing and technology, food factory and facility design), supply chain management, sustainability and traceability, product development, retail (including specific customer schemes), marketing and certification. She has expertise in reduction of pathogen contamination (Salmonella, Campylobacter), optimization of bio-security at farm level, reduction of antibiotics usage in animal rearing, and in the improvement of Key Welfare Indicators. In addition to her consultancy work, she delivers training courses for the many aspects of the food supply chain.
Tatiana has worked globally in countries such as Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Spain, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, Brazil and New Zealand.
