Mauricio Rousselon

Mauricio is a Food safety and quality professional with broad technical and practical application knowledge of international standards in multiple food sector categories.

He has 30 years of management experience in food manufacturing and food packaging design and performance, as well as in design and performance of food production processes. Additionally, he has experience in food process management and inspection in over 150 food manufacturing facilities, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage producing plants and in food service operations in America, South America, Asia and Europe.

His experience includes that of Advisor and collaborator in transnational organizations such as The Hershey Company, McDonald's, Griffith Foods, Dawn Food Products, International Multifoods, Orval Kent Foods and Viskase Corporation. GFSI certified auditor for SQF and FSSC 22000 and global second party standards.

Mauricio is an active member of the American Society for Quality as a Certified Quality and Organizational Excellence Manager. He is a Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course and an HACCP auditor. He has a BSc. in Biochemical Engineering.
