Marcela has over 20 years experience in product and processM food safety and quality management, both in manufacturing, service, retail and certification business. She has gained this expertise in the implementation, training and auditing of food quality, integrity, and sustainability in Argentina, Uruguay, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
She is a Manager Competence/ATP trainer and works as a lead auditor.
She is proficient in the in the assessment of companies and auditors for food
and sustainability schemes such as FSSC, ISO22000, ISO9001, HACCP, and other specific food safety management systems such as NQMS (Nestle Quality Management System)
Marcela has a degree in Food Technology (higher agricultural education) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has experience in quality management, product development, as well as training and consultancy roles in the food processing, retail and food consultancy business. Marcela combines her experience in auditing with both internal and external training/presentation/coaching work.
