Federico Sanchez has over 18 years experience in product and process food safety and quality management in both manufacturing and certification business. He has gained this expertise in the implementation; training and auditing according to the GFSI recognized standards in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Belarus, Russia and New Zealand.
Federico is a food technologist, currently running a master degree in Quality and Food Safety – HACCP. He is working as Lead / Witness Auditor for BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials and is also Auditor for IFS Food, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and Inspector for GLOBALG.A.P. IFA F&V. He has also trained and assessed companies and auditors for those schemes. Federico is still a lead auditor and combines his experience in auditing with both internal and external training/presentation/coaching jobs.
Federico is also a Lead Instructor (LI) and a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) having successfully completed the required training in accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act, FSMA, USA.
