Angela Aucoin is Food Safety Consultant in the Food & Beverage Manufacturers of Consumer Goods industry. She is known as a trusted leader with over 15 years of experience in product and process food safety and quality systems management for the food & beverage manufacturing industry. She has gained this expertise in multinational business unit and factory environments across a diverse mix of products and processes in the US and Canada.
Prior to becoming Trainer for Certification Body ISACert in 2017, she started her own food consultancy company providing food safety and quality solutions in support of FDA Food Safety Modernization Act regulatory compliance and food certifications. As a Lead Instructor for FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food and a contract auditor, she assesses companies for food schemes such as FSSC2200 based on ISO22000, QMS based on ISO9001 and other HACCP specific food safety management systems and GMPs.
Angela Aucoin is a Food Safety Consultant with a degree in Microbiology, and has also held research and factory laboratory roles. She combines her technical skills, supportive leadership style and auditing experience to bringing a pragmatic approach to the training and auditing of food, quality and HAACP standards.
